“Iraq Telecom Limited (“IT”), a subsidiary of Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP through which Agility indirectly invest in Korek Telecom Company LLC, filed a claim in the Dubai International Financial Center Court of First Instance against three (3) directors of International Holdings Limited (“IH”), the holding company of Korek Telecom Company LLC (“Korek”).
IT’s claim alleges that Korek has been (and continues to be) mismanaged and that is detrimental to the interests of Korek and its shareholders. IT has requested the appointment of an administrator and forensic accountant to examine the books and records of Korek and to report back to the court.”
