Diversity of thought and experience is a key driver of innovation. We aim for our workforce to represent the communities in which we operate, and we have historically focused on developing local talent and promoting a culture of inclusiveness. We are, however, early in our diversity and inclusion (D&I) journey. We are taking steps to formalize our approach to D&I, with plans to publish a D&I policy and establish a Diversity Council in 2023.
