With reference to our previous announcement to the Stock Exchange regarding our strategy to invest KD 20 million in disruptive technologies in the field of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and as far as Hyliion investment is concerned, Agility has subscribed to 6.15 million shares (roughly KD 12 mln) in Hyliion via Colle Capital. However, we have no confirmation of the subscription nor have we received the share certificates yet.
