| Development on previous disclosure | Reference to our previous disclosure dated 8 October 2013, regarding Agility’s subsidiary, National Aviation Services’ (NAS) award of the exclusive right to provide comprehensive ground handling airport services at Kabul, Kandahar, and Herat International Airports in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for ten years (10 years).
Agility would like to announce that theAfghanistan Civil Aviation Authority has terminated the contract as of 04 November 2020. NAS reserves all its rights to take the necessary actions to challenge and object to the termination decision before the competent authorities and institutions. |
