With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that board of directors of Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP will meet on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm (Kuwait Time) to discuss the following points:

1. Discuss and approve the Company’s new rebranding.
2. Call the extraordinary general assembly of the Company to meet, discuss and approve the amendment of the provisions relating to the company’s Legal name in the Company’s Articles of Association and Memorandum of Incorporation.
