Based on the resolution of Agility’s General Assembly Meeting that was held on May 22, 2025, Agility’s board has met on Thursday the 12th of June 2025, in the presence of Mr. Faisal Jameel Sultan Al Essa, Mr. Tarek Abdulaziz Sultan Al Essa, Mr. Naser Mohammad Fahad Al Rashid, Mr. Sultan Anwar Sultan Al Essa, Mr. Abdulmajeed Hajji Al Shatti and Mr. Abdulaziz Nader Al Essa and elected:
