One of Agility’s clients was selected to be audited by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). However, the client did not have any documented internal procedures.
To ensure a successful audit and avoid potential risks, Agility quickly helped the client prepare for the audit by providing training and guidance to complete the audit questionnaire, and documented the client’s internal procedures.
As a result, the client implemented effective internal controls, trained their staff, completed a comprehensive response to the CBP questionnaire and successfully passed the audit.
