Updates: COVID-19

The Italian Government has decided to ease the current lock measures from 4 May, these will include the introduction of a number of industries, including manufacturing, construction, and real estate etc. Manufacturing industries have also been allowed to re-open their warehouses and let their goods be collected and/or delivered. Whilst commercial flights have been impacted, freighter flights are operating as normal. However, a reduction in labor is affecting these operations and capacity remains significantly constrained. Cross-border road freight is also continuing, but subject to capacity constraints and moderate border delays. Ocean freight services have been the least affected and is largely operating as normal, with constraints on shipments to Asia Pacific and the Americas.
