Tarek Sultan

Tarek Sultan is the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Agility. Sultan assumed leadership of Agility in 1997, spearheading the company’s expansion from a regional logistics company into a $4+ billion global business that has been designated a 3PL industry leader by Gartner. Sultan holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Economics from Williams College. Sultan sits on the Board of Trustees for Kuwait’s Silk City and Boubyan Island Development Project. Sultan is an active supporter of the World Economic Forum (WEF). He is a member of the WEF’s Global Future Council on Humanitarian Systems, sits on the Boards of the WEF’s Supply Chain & Transport Industry Governors and Future of Production initiative, as well as serving as a trustee for the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation.

Henadi Al-Saleh

Henadi Al-Saleh is the Chairperson of Agility’s Board of Directors, and has been designated one the most powerful businesswomen in the Middle East by Forbes Magazine. Al-Saleh oversees the company’s corporate governance program while safeguarding the interests of investors and stakeholders. She also leads the company’s technology ventures team, which partners with start-ups and entrepreneurs that are reshaping the supply chain. Before joining Agility, Al-Saleh was the head of debt/equity capital markets at NBK Capital in Kuwait. Al-Saleh earned a Bachelor of Economics from Tufts University. She sits on the board of the Gulf Warehousing Company in Qatar.

Essa Al-Saleh is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Agility’s Freight forwarding, contract logistics and specialized supply chain business, Global Integrated Logistics (GIL). Al-Saleh has been with Agility since 1998, where he led the sales organization and the expansion of Agility’s logistics business in the Middle East. He then built and led a team that pursued the global acquisition of more than forty logistics companies helping grow Agility into a global company operating in more than 100 countries around the world. Prior to joining Agility, Al-Saleh worked as an engineer with the Kuwait Oil Company as part of the team responsible for reconstructing oil fields damaged during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990. Al-Saleh has an MBA in Finance from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.

Francesc Casamitjana is the Chief Executive Officer of Agility’s Americas region, overseeing 1,600 employees in eight countries, including agents in 21 countries. Casamitjana is responsible for continuing Agility’s growth in the Americas, which includes strong operations in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. Casamitjana has had a distinguished career with Agility spanning more than 30 years, initially joining in a sales role. Prior to his current role, he was CEO of Area South Europe for Agility. Before that, he was CEO, Agility Spain. Casamitjana has a degree in Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and speaks Catalan, French, Italian and Spanish.

Priscilla Leong
Global Chief Operating Officer

Priscilla Leong is the Global Chief Operating Officer of Agility Fairs & Events. She manages a network of 400 professionals in more than 30 countries and serves concurrently as the Managing Director of Fairs & Events in Singapore. Leong has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry, covering financial control aspects of investment and international banking, as well as external audit. Prior to joining Agility, Leong held senior finance roles and is an accountancy graduate from National University of Singapore and is qualified as FCA (Singapore) and FCCA (UK). She has served on the EXCO of Singapore Association of Convention & Exhibition Organizers & Suppliers (SACEOS) since 2011 and is currently the Honorary Secretary. She is also a member of many regional and global industry associations, such as AFECA, UFI and IELA.

Elias Monem, CEO of Agility Middle East & Africa, is an expert on logistics, supply chain management and infrastructure in the Middle East and Africa. Agility, a global provider of logistics and related infrastructure for the consumer goods, oil and gas, life sciences and technology industries, is the No. 1 logistics provider in the Middle East and has an extensive footprint across Africa.

Mr. Monem, a 26-year industry veteran, manages 6,700 employees in more than 13 countries where Agility provides freight forwarding services and operates the region’s largest distribution centers and one of the largest truck fleets. Geoffrey White is the Chief Executive Officer of Agility Africa and a member of the Agility Strategic Advisory Board. Nadia Akil

Nadia Akil is Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairperson of United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC), which she joined in July 2012. Eugene Mayne

Dan Mongeon

Major General Dan Mongeon, USA (Ret), became President and Chief Executive Officer of Agility Defense & Government Services (DGS) in June 2008. Gen. Mongeon joined Agility as Vice President, DGS, in January 2006 and was named President of PWC Logistics Services, Inc. Defense & Government Services in July 2006, a position in which he had overall responsibility for the business development and the operations and strategy functions relating to the defense sector. Prior to joining the company, Gen. Mongeon served in the U.S. Army for 34 years His last active duty position was the Director of Operations, J-3, of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, an office that provides policy oversight and supply chain management for acquisition, supply, distribution and property disposal. In addition, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, G-4, United States Army Forces Command at Fort McPherson, Georgia. He also served as the commander of the Defense Supply Center in Philadelphia (DSCP). Gen. Mongeon received his commission in 1971 as a distinguished military graduate from the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. He received a Master’s in Logistics Management from the University of Arkansas. Gen. Mongeon serves on the Advisory Boards of LOGTECH, NDTA and the Quartermaster Foundation as a subject matter expert. He is a member of the Board for Agility DGS.
