An eight-member, on-site Agility team provides supply chain expertise to a Mexican-based global building materials industry leader. Agility supports procurement, project management and technology operations for this customer. For example, Agility arranged a door-to-door parts charter shipment of 1,200 tons of equipment for the expansion of a cement and building materials plant in the Philippines, where infrastructure and housing construction are booming. Our deep understanding of the environment and the customer’s growth strategy enables us to be entrusted with moving critical parts, equipment and machinery. We also provide a high-level overview of the supply chain so they can maintain efficiency and control their costs.
