Reference to the above mentioned subject and based on the resolution of the Extra Ordinary General Assembly meeting for Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP held on 27th May 2015 to distribute 5% bonus shares (5 shares for every 100 shares).
Please be informed that the distribution of the above mentioned dividends will start on Monday, July 6th 2015, for the shareholders who are registered on the company’s shareholders record on June 30th 2015.
Shareholders are kindly requested to contact Kuwait Clearing company if their shares are traded on Kuwait Stock Exhange or Depositry Department if the shares are traded on Dubai Financial Market.
