Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP, would like to announce that its 65% owned subsidiary Tristar, specializing in fuel logistics, has signed a 5 year firm plus 5 optional year charter contract with Shell for six new Medium Range products tankers. The vessels are expected to be delivered in 2020.
Estimated contract value is around USD 166 million over the first 5 years, this is subject to change based on customers demand.
