Reference to the above subject, Agility Public Warehousing Company KSCP held its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year ending 31st December 2022 on Tuesday May 30th 2023 with a quorum of 67.432%. The Extraordinary General meeting was adjourned to June 7th 2023 since the quorum was not met.
The assembly approved all the items on the agenda including the financial statement for the year ending 31st December 2022 and endorsed the board recommendation for not distributing dividends for the year 2022 and reappointed Mr. Waleed Al Osaimi from Ernst and Young Al Aiban, Al Osaimi Partners and Mr. Nayef Al Bazie from RSM Albazie and Co. Financial Auditors for the year ending December 31st 2023.
