Reference to our previous disclosure dated 6 January 2020, regarding the notification received from the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) stating that Agility has been awarded an investment project to develop a 1.2 million sqm of land as industrial and storage zones located in Sabah Al Ahmed Residential area. Agility would like to announce the signing of the agreement document for the investment project S2 for a specific investment period of 30 years, starting from the date of the commercial operations of the project.
