While laying plans for future growth, a leading European bicycle manufacturer enlisted Agility to provide strategies for cost-effective supply chain solutions. Agility’s roadmap for the future included a high-level virtual model that illuminated inbound and outbound flows. This helped the manufacturer determine the number and location of future distribution centers. The model also improved transparency about current product volume flows and the supplier base.
