Establishing customized warehouses to plan furniture retailer’s Middle East growth

A major international furniture company needed to establish a distribution hub for its retail and merchandising business in Kuwait. To do so, Agility established a customized 17,000 sqm warehouse for the customer’s retail business, and a customized 7,000 sqm warehouse for its merchandising business. The size of these warehouses accounted for the customer’s business growth plans and an increase in inbound/outbound movements. Part of Agility’s solution included the integration of a warehouse management system that allowed for faster order processing and real time inventory updates. The result?
