Amring Awards Agility Six-Year Logistics Contract

Deal with Swedish automotive company prompts expansion of Agility facility in Gothenburg
 
BAAR, Switzerland – November 24, 2016 – Agility, a leading global logistics provider, has won a six-year warehousing and logistics contract with Sweden-based Amring, a wholesaler that sells and distributes tires, rims, complete wheels and related articles for passenger vehicles, trucks and commercial vehicles.
 
Following the award, Agility announced plans to expand its Gothenburg logistics center from 8,350 sqm to 23,000 sqm. As part of the contract, it will provide warehouse services to Amring, as well as tailored, value-added services including mounting/assembling of wheels. 
 
Agility will coordinate inbound and outbound transport for Amring. Using its extensive automotive logistics expertise, Agility will also provide Amring with supply chain assessment and consulting services.
